It is the motto of Spoede, and this month students demonstrated great caring for others who are far away on another continent. Spoede raised $1,841.00 for the Water Project. Students wore wristbands to remind themselves to give up soda or other treats during a two week period and kept track of the money they saved. This money along with money made from doing household chores was donated to the Water Project. The Water Project builds wells in Kenya so communities can have fresh drinking water. Every 15 seconds, a child dies because of a lack of clean drinking water. That's over 5000 children per day!!! We are so proud of our students who care about others in the world and have chosen to make a difference.

The Ladue Schools Web site at www.ladue.k12.mo.us is visited nearly a thousand times each day as parents, students, teachers, residents and people looking to move into the area search for specific information or just explore what the district has to offer. As a result, it’s very important that the Web site provide easy-to-find, accurate and timely information. The district is currently in the preliminary stages of redesigning the district Web site and would like to know about your experience with the current Web site, what district information you most often seek,and what additional information you might like to find.
