Conway Helps with Recycling Batteries

Girl Scout Troop 1516 from Ladue Middle School is recycling batteries! Conway will be helping the Girl Scouts collect batteries by housing a collection bucket. Please drop off your USED batteries in the recycling bucket located in Conway's Computer Lab, no car batteries please. Troop 1516 will recycle the batteries at one of the few battery recycling locations in America and keep as many batteries as possible out of the landfills. Recycling these batteries will prevent dangerous chemicals from leaching into the soil and polluting groundwater on which humans and animals rely. Thank you for joining us in saving the Earth by recycling used batteries!
