Norm-referenced standardized group tests of ability and achievement, along with the state-mandated Missouri Assessments are administered to Conway students at various grade levels throughout the school year. They include:

• Developmental Indicators for the Assessment of Learning - Third Edition (DIAL-4) - upon registering for kindergarten
• Metropolitan Readiness Test - kindergarten in spring
• Metropolitan Readiness Test - new students in first grade in September
• Terra Nova - second grade in spring
• Test of Cognitive Skills - second grade in spring
• Missouri Assessment program (Communication Arts and Math) - third, fourth, and fifth grades in spring
• Gates-MacGinitie Reading Tests - first grade in fall and spring; second through fifth grades in spring

Social Studies and Science may also be given in grades three through five as designated by the district.
