Dear Parents,

As we begin October, I would like to remind you that you will be receiving a schedule for your teacher conference. Conferences are on Tuesday evening, October 19th and Thursday evening, October 21st. Childcare will be provided in the art room. Thank you, Conway School Association, for funding this service to parents.

On October 11, our fifth graders will meet author Brandon Mull. He wrote the Fablehaven series and his book will be the focus of the artist in residency program "Books in Motion" through the Modern American Dance Company (MADCO). Mr. Mull will speak in the auditorium of our high school. It's a powerful connection to have the author of the book speak to students and I look forward to his visit.

The "Outdoor Classroom" should be finished this month and we look forward to putting it to good use.
