(Primarily senior parents) __ Chili Supper: Help plan this district-wide event. Set-up, serve, and/or clean- up the evening of the event. In conjunction with Dads Club and scheduled with a basketball game, February 4. __ Grade Level Socials: Organize social events for parents and families, throughout the school year. __Hospitality: Coordinate refreshments at various functions and meetings, throughout the school year. __ Ladue Scholarship Fund: Help plan and organize our Dollars for Scholars fundraiser, Saturday, March 5, 2011. All proceeds benefit the Ladue Scholarship Fund, and are disbursed to deserving seniors in May. __ New Families: Extend a warm welcome to families new to Ladue. Ongoing, but primarily first semester. __Parent Network: Recruit, attend, and share at Parent Network meetings. Parent Network provides a forum for parents to listen, learn and connect with one another. Throughout the school year. __Parents on Campus: Support student needs across multiple extracurricular arenas, such as art, music, theater, & special interest clubs. May entail assistance with event preparation, supervision, food donations. __ Post Prom Party: Chaperone, plan & organize the event, Saturday, April 16. (Primarily junior parents) __Spirit Committee: Support school sports and functions such as Blue and White night, Homecoming, etc., throughout the year. __ Staff Breakfasts: Donate homemade or store-bought items for Staff Breakfasts. Help set-up and/or clean-up the day of each event. Twice each semester. __ Teacher Appreciation Luncheon: Bake, set-up, serve, and/or clean-up the day of the event. Catered meal, with homemade desserts, traditionally held in January or February, in the cafeteria. __Teacher Conference Dinners**: Coordinate and assist with grab’n’go conference dinners for teachers in the fall (October 14 & 21) and spring (March 10 &17).
