Welcome Spoede families, and guests.  My name is Tracy Ward.  For 15 years I taught third grade at Spoede and for the past 4 years I have been teaching 4th grade.  Before coming to Spoede, I taught pre-school at Kindercare, in Chesterfield, for 7 years.  I am from St. Louis, and grew up in Creve Coeur.  I have two sisters and one brother.  My younger sister and brother still live in St. Louis, but my older sister lives in South Carolina.  I enjoy being an aunt to my nine young-adult nieces and nephews, as well as to my three younger nephews.  My parents lived in Naples, Florida for five years, but are back in St. Louis enjoying being Grandparents. Much of my free time is spent with my family. My husband (Jeff) and I, along with our two daughters, live in Bridgeton.  We enjoy the time we spend each summer swimming, painting, and bike riding together. We also like to travel with family, and friends. 

I enjoy decorating and had lots of fun sponge painting and detailing both of our daughter's rooms.  I also had fun painting this garden mural in the girl's bathroom. 

Our two beautiful daughters, are often refered to as the M&M Girls. Our oldest is 11 and in sixth grade at the Ladue Middle School.  Our youngest is 8, and in third grade at Spoede. We love to play, read, and go on vacations together. I love being a MOMMY! 

I also absolutely love teaching!  I am always looking for ways to improve my craft.  I look forward to each new school year as I embrace the challenges and adventrues on the road ahead in teaching and learning.
